Frequently asked questions
Clear answers before you begin.
Understand the model, course access and operating responsibilities before taking the next step.
01What is rental arbitrage?+
Rental arbitrage generally means renting a property under an approved arrangement and operating it as accommodation through one or more permitted demand channels. The model requires informed written owner approval and property-specific due diligence.
02Is this course only about Airbnb?+
No. Airbnb may be one booking channel, but the course also considers short-stay, medium-stay, corporate, relocation, medical and contractor demand. Rental Arbitrage Freedom is independent and is not affiliated with Airbnb.
03What can I access for free?+
Modules 1 and 2 are complete free modules, including lessons, workbook activities, notes, checklists and saved progress on the current device.
04Where is the paywall?+
The hard paywall appears when you open Module 3. This gives you a genuine result before you decide whether to purchase the complete program.
05Does completing the course guarantee I can operate a property?+
No. Every property requires its own written owner approval, lease review, planning, council, strata, building, safety, insurance and financial checks. The course is education, not approval or professional advice.
06Will my work save?+
The review version saves answers, notes, progress and business-tool data in your current browser. Once student accounts are connected, this data can be stored securely and accessed across devices.
07Can I use the course on another device?+
Cross-device access will be available after student accounts and the database are connected. The current version includes a backup-and-restore feature so you can transfer your local course data manually.
08Is the course Australian?+
Yes. The program is designed around Australian operating considerations and includes state and territory playbooks. Laws and local rules change, so current address-level professional advice is still required.
09Does the course include calculators and templates?+
Yes. The platform includes a deal calculator, property scorecard, launch budget, acquisition pipeline, 14-day sprint, proposal builder and downloadable starter resources.
10Is this legal or financial advice?+
No. The course provides general business education only. Obtain appropriately qualified advice before committing money, signing agreements, advertising or accepting bookings.
11Will there be a subscription?+
The planned initial offer is a one-time payment for lifetime access. The final price and commercial terms will be displayed before checkout.
12Can I receive a completion certificate?+
A printable certificate becomes available after all 54 modules are marked complete. It records course completion but is not a licence, accreditation or professional qualification.
