Sprint Metrics Dashboard

Measure activity, conversions, quality and lessons without vanity reporting.

HOW TO USE THIS RESOURCE

Sprint design

A sprint converts strategy into a short, protected execution period. Set one target market, a defined prospect list, daily contact blocks, a follow-up window, call-review time and a final review. Prepare scripts and materials before day one. The sprint should increase learning speed, not encourage shortcuts. Transparency, accurate records and qualification standards remain unchanged.

Leading and lagging measures

Leading measures include targeted attempts, conversations, follow-ups and decision-maker contacts. Lagging measures include inspections, proposals and approvals. Track quality measures such as qualification completeness and next-step rate. A raw activity number can be misleading. Twenty relevant, prepared contacts may outperform one hundred random messages.

Review and iterate

At the midpoint, review contact timing, opening effectiveness, target fit and common objections. Change one variable at a time so you can learn what affected the result. At completion, document conversions, lessons, pipeline created and the next two weeks of follow-up. The sprint is successful if it creates qualified learning and opportunities, even when no property has yet reached approval.
