Rental Arbitrage Freedom

Module 54 working resource

Capstone Evidence Index

Link every claim, approval, assumption and decision to its evidence and date.

HOW TO USE THIS RESOURCE

The capstone standard

Select a real or simulated property and trace it from target market through owner approach, discovery, inspection, proposal, consent, compliance stack, underwriting, setup, listing, operations, reporting and exit. Every conclusion should point to evidence or be labelled unresolved. A capstone is not approved because every template is filled. The evidence must support the decision, and a failed gate must remain visible.

Decision defence

Present the proposed model, guest problem, owner value, address-level evidence, financial scenarios, operational system, key risks and final decision. Explain the strongest reason not to proceed and how the decision handles it. Invite a reviewer to challenge assumptions. Revise or reject when the evidence changes.

90-day execution

Build thirteen weekly outcomes across foundations, acquisition, qualification, advice, systems and review. Assign leading measures, budget, adviser tasks and evidence due. Use stop rules: no concealed use, no launch without required evidence, no forced financial case and no scale before readiness. Freedom comes from decision quality, including the freedom to reject.
